At Ilyas Cut’s, we believe in quality and client satisfaction. We currently do not offer refunds, but we proudly offer product exchanges within the same price range to ensure you receive exactly what you love.
Exchange Terms:
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Item must be in resalable condition with tags intact
Important Conditions:
• All shipping costs (return & re-delivery) are paid by the customer
• Exchanges are only applicable within the same price bracket
• Price differences will not be refunded
Final Sale Items:
Discounted or clearance items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
